"480 Minutes" - Break Stupid Rules Or They Will Never Change

This is a public service announcement (without guitars): don't go out to shows the night before you have to be on the air for 8 hours beginning at 9 a.m. and your show prep is hours from complete.  This is a rule I've had for years now and have only broken it a handful of times.  It is not a stupid rule, it makes a ton of sense.  That said, last night I had a friend in town from San Francisco.   Also in town, from Atlanta, were The Coathangers, so what were we to do?  We went to the show, of course, and the 'Hangers were great, of course, and now I'm going to be a sleep-deprived mess while hosting the show...

This is a public service announcement (with guitars): Today the award-winning  480 Minutes show today will contain new songs by Chastity Belt (Seattle, WA, @CHAST1TYBELT),  Deep State (Athens, GA, @deepstatega), Burger World: Israel (compilation of Israeli psych and garage rock), GRMLN (San Francisco, CA, @grmlnband),   Juana Molina (Buenas Aires, Argentina@soyjuanamolina), Mark Lanegan Band (Ellensburg, Washington, @marklanegan), and  Mountain Movers (New Haven, CT).

The  480 Minutes program begins at 9 a.m. Eastern U.S. Time and is live-hosted until 5 p.m.
The show is rebroadcast in it's entirety on Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Sundays at 1 a.m. ET.
