Conversing with The Trumped can be truly eye-opening, sad, and terrifying. Just this week I engaged with one who explained to me that " None of the other presidents released their tax records, so why would Trump?" and that same person (bot?) also suggested that the porn star affair never happened because in a recent interview the porn star said it never happened...apparently the concept of $130k in hush money didn't quite register`.

Such discussions are making me come around to the idea of deregulation: the regulations that protect the weak from the powerful should stay; the regulations that protect the stupid (i.e. jiffy knives must contain a "razor sharp!" warning) can go. Methinks Darwin would approve.

On a related note, while it was heartening to learn this week that voting-age Millennials now outnumber Baby Boomers...Tide Pods.
