Addendum: Honorable mention to Ex-Boyfriends for their excellent debut album, "Dear John," which I had in 2005, but left off the 2005 chart because it was officially released by Absolutely Kosher Records in early 2006, but then when I was putting together my year-end lists some part of my brain lumped "Dear John" back in with 2005, hence the omission. My sincerest apologies for the oversight. As anyone who listened to the station this year (or came to half the shows I put on!) knows, I love that band. The song "Him For Me" definitely deserves to be amongst the top overall songs listed above, and the album is a collection of pop gems that invariably makes me pogo at their shows. While I'm sure I omitted other worthy bands/song/albums, this one could not be allowed to stand uncorrected.
